The estimate doesn’t grow as we go.
We count everything at the start, sign, and work to that sum. If you want to add something along the way, we discuss it separately and put it in writing.
One contract, one point of responsibility.
There may be five crews on site, but they all work under us. If something is wrong, you come to PerfectPool, and we sort it out ourselves.
The warranty is in the contract, not “on our word”.
Up to 5 years on the works, with set response times. A real piece of paper.
We don’t disappear after handover.
We keep spare parts in Chernivtsi and a service team that responds within 24 hours.
Six steps from the first call to the first swim
No black boxes. At every stage you know what is happening, see the photos and how much is left.
Engineer’s visit
We come for free. We measure, look at the soil, check access to water and power. An hour or two on your site.
Design and 3D
In a week or two we show you the pool on screen. You can turn it, look from every side, change it.
Estimate
Line by line: what, how much and why. No “lump sums” and no “the rest as it comes”.
Construction
Earthworks, the shell, waterproofing. A month or two, depending on the type. Photo and video reports every 5 days, straight to your Viber.
Equipment and finishing
Another 10–20 days. Everything that ends up behind the tiles, we show you in photos first.
Launch
We start the system, train you (or the facility manager, if it is a hotel) and sign the handover act. Done.
We work where you are
The office is in Chernivtsi, but our crews travel across Ukraine. Most of our projects are in the west: Bukovyna, Prykarpattia, the Carpathians. There are some near Kyiv, in Odesa and in Zakarpattia too.
